We have just installed a hybrid palletiser to the multi award winning seed, pulse & grain experts, Agrifoods Australia.
Agrifoods Australia chose this system because they required the best quality finished pallet.
This hybrid system incorporates the placement of the bag, by a gripper similar to that of a robot. It can place the bag where required, even overlap the bags if required, plus it has the advantage of side dams that press the sides of each layer once the layer is formed. It also presses the top of the layer. This gives a flat even surface for the next layer.
The system is currently running up to 900 bags per hour
