Automatic Sewing Systems
Our range of the Innosew A series of automatic bag sewing systems offers impressive flexibility and customization. Our automatic bag sewing systems are available in various formats to suit your needs. You can choose between plain stitching, folding over the bag top, or trimming the bag top and applying crepe tape folded and stitched over the top. Alternatively the crepe tape can be hot glued over the top of the bag. Another option is to seal an inner liner in the bag and stitch all in the same system. It features the option of a stainless steel pedestal and stainless infeed device. Standard configurations include two VFDs, one for the sewing machine and one for the infeed. Additionally, an optional extra VFD can be supplied for the bagging conveyor, which integrates the conveyor into the complete safety system. The HMI is standard and allows the speeds and timers to be easily adjusted. The electrical control system in manufactured in Australia hence meeting all Australian standards.
Handheld Sewing Machine
A handheld bag sewing machine is a portable device used to sew and close bags quickly and efficiently. One of the most popular models is the high quality Newlong NP-7A, which features a high-speed single thread chain stitch, a safety plastic handle, and an oil pump lubrication system. It's lightweight, durable, and suitable for various materials like kraft paper, cotton, hessian, jute, and PP/PE woven cloth. The Yao Han N600H is a copy of the NP-7A manufactured in Tiawan. They also offer a 12 volt battery powered option .

Our mission
When Packweigh was formed in 2004, the Directors Jim Nolan and Rod Wilson saw an opportunity for a local manufacturer to supply reliable and affordable bagging equipment. It turns out they were right, because since then the customer base has grown, and the product range has expanded to meet demand.
