Design Director
As Design Director here at Packweigh, Jim is the company’s head designer.. Many of the machines in Packweigh’s product range are Jim’s brainchild. Jim prides himself on attention to detail, and ensuring our customers get exactly what they need. Jim asks a lot of questions… it’s the enquiring mind that drives innovation and product delivery at Packweigh.
Sales Director
Rod joined Packweigh from its inception in 2004 after working for many years in the Industrial packaging and bagging industry. Rod always takes the time to understand your business so that he knows exactly what you do, and what your future needs are. Only then can he advise you on your best options moving forward. Rod has a casual and friendly approach, and prides himself on fast response times and follow up.
Operations Manager
Heading up the manufacturing team at Packweigh, Matt brings with him Electrical and Boilermaking trade qualifications. Matt manages workflow and manufacturing timelines, and ensures that Packweigh machines are of the highest build quality. Matt also manages the company’s inventory and purchasing, as well as getting involved in electrical design
Electrical Design
Hayden designs our Electrical control boards and programs our PLC’s. After 15 years with Packweigh, he knows the workings of pretty much every machine we have! Hayden also heads up our on-site installation teams, and is always at the end of the phone when a customer needs some assistance or extra training.
Mechanical Engineer & Designer
Service and Spare Parts
Damon looks after servicing, repairs and installation at Packweigh. When you need an onsite visit, or a machine needs to be installed, Damon is your guy! Damon is very easy to work with, and is comfortable in any situation. When on-site he is always looking for ways to make your machines and associated processes more efficient and reliable.
Electrician
As a qualified electrician, Ryan has broad experience across food manufacturing, machine automation, building management and HVAC systems as well as refrigeration.
Ryan head up our team of Electricians and works on Electrical and PLC design and installation.
Fitter Turner
Having started out his career making air bridges in the airport industry, Sunni has since had experience across a range of maintenance jobs with a keen interest in gear boxes and hydraulics. Sunni heads up our welding and assembly team.
Draftsperson
Kristie works with Jim and Harsh in the design team as a mechanical draftsperson. Kristie is currently studying a Certificate III in Manufacturing Technology.
