As a founding director and head designer at Packweigh, Jim has been instrumental in creating many of the machines in our product range. His attention to detail and commitment to meeting customer needs drive innovation and product delivery at Packweigh. Matt, heads up the manufacturing team at Packweigh, and brings his valuable Electrical and Fitter trade qualifications to the table. He expertly manages workflow and manufacturing timelines, ensuring the highest build quality for Packweigh machines. Additionally, Matt oversees the company’s inventory and purchasing.
Hayden Glisson
Hayden has been a dedicated member of Packweigh since 2005, working on nearly every piece of equipment manufactured or sold by the company. His extensive knowledge and problem-solving abilities ensure that any issues are swiftly and effectively resolved.
Damon Wilson
Damon brings nearly a decade of experience as a technician at Packweigh, where he has built strong customer relationships and developed an in-depth knowledge of our equipment. His recent transition to the sales team is a testament to his expertise and dedication.
Harsh Patel
Harsh, with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, has extensive experience in Product Design and Production Management from two of India's largest engineering companies. Since moving to Australia, Harsh has brought his incredible attention to detail and can-do attitude to Packweigh. His guiding principles of 'Safety' and 'Reliability' are central to everything he does.
Ryan McNaughton
As a qualified electrician with broad experience in control automation, Ryan brings extensive knowledge to Packweigh. He not only programs our PLCs, HMIs, and robots but also leads our electrical department
