Innobulk G
The Innobulk G is a bulk bag filling machine with an auto bag release. The Innobulk G system is designed for the operator to hang the bag & slide the neck of the bag onto the inflatable bag clamp for a dust tight seal. The bag hangs freely so the product fills the bottom corners evenly. Once the weighing is complete, a fork lift is used to place a pallet under the bag & raise the bag, when the weight is lifted the hooks will release the bag automatically.
Innobulk GS
The Innobulk GS is suitable for all bags lengths up to required maximum. This system is designed for the operator to hang the bags from one side. This system facilitates easy bag handling for operators. The hanging hooks conveniently move towards the operator side, allowing them to easily hook the bag loops on.
Innobulk GX
The Innobulk GX is High automation and suitable for all bags lengths up to required maximum. This system is designed for the operator to hang the bags from one side. The hanging hooks move towards the operator side allowing them to hook the bag loops on. The operator will slide the neck of the bag onto the inflatable bag clamp for a dust tight seal. The hooks then retract so the bag hangs freely allowing the product to fill the bottom corners evenly. During the weighing process a pallet is automatically feed from the pallet magazine to under the bag. Once the weighing is complete, a lift table will raise the bag. When the weight is lifted the hooks & bag clamp will release the bag automatically. The lift table then lowers the pallet onto the conveyor & indexes the full bag & pallet onto the accumulation conveyor, ready to be removed by a forklift.
Tall Bags or Product Settling
The Innobulk GL is a system designed to lower the bag hooks & bag clamp allowing for tall bags to be easily loaded. The operator presses a button & the system then raises allowing for the bag to hang freely so the product fills the bottom corners evenly. Once the weighing is complete, a fork lift is used to place a pallet under the bag & raise the bag. The system is designed so when the weight is lifted, the hooks will release the bag automatically.
Bulk Bag Unloading / Dosing
The Innobulk U is a bulk bag unloading option. There are several versions of the bulk bag unloading system depending on your requirements. These variations are incredibly versatile. The small plungers version for free-flowing products or the massage frame for the more stubborn products. Having a pinch clamp for bag retying the bag and a lift mechanism means nothing is left to chance, ensuring the entire bag is emptied efficiently. It’s amazing how much innovation has be packed into these systems. You will noticed significant changes in productivity and efficiency once incorporating these unloading systems Options of a loss-in-weight control system for exact dosing, or level sensors for automatic feeding, are smart touches. Alternatively a simple on/off switch may be all you require. These features can make a significant impact on your overall workflow.
Batching Systems
This batching system is designed to feed products from multiple bulk bags and combine them with a hand tip to be fed into a mixer. The program can store recipes so that the required amount of product from each bag can be automatically fed into the system for each batch.
